Description
This modern house is situated in the small village of Pineziċi (40 inhabitants), between Vodnjan and the eastern coast of Istria. The host family has fully equipped a large apartment for you, which is located on the ground floor of their own house, and is also surrounded by a large (1900m²) garden. Since the building of the first floor hasn’t been completed yet, your host family doesn’t live in the house, and so you will often have the whole estate entirely at your own disposal.
Further details: you can purchase homemade produce from your host family - incl. ham, wine, schnapps, fruit, vegetables, and eggs.

The famous Bumbar Fiesta is held in Vodnjan (in August), based on the ethnological heritage of the local population - Bumbari. The traditional livestock fair is held every first Saturday in the month, known throughout Istria. Vodnjan, a town in the south-western part of Istria, 10 km north of Croatia-Istria-Pula_1-1-13.htm" target="_self">Pula; elevation 135 m. Inhabitants of Vodnjan have preserved their ancient Romance Istrian speech and customs. Chief occupations include farming, viticulture, olive growing, livestock breeding and tourism. Istria is the biggest peninsula in the Adriatic Sea.
