Basina is one of the most beautiful bays of the island of Croatia-Island-Hvar_1-14.htm" target="_self">Hvar. Basina is situated on the northeast side, in the middle of the island, and it is only a few kilometres away from Starigrad, Croatia-Island-Hvar-Jelsa_1-14-134.htm" target="_self">Jelsa and Croatia-Island-Hvar-Vrboska_1-14-163.htm" target="_self">Vrboska. It is surrounded by the thick pine forest and immersed in the fields of olive trees, lavender and vine plantations with extraordinary nature, clean coasts and sea water.
