Description
We suspect that you’ve never heard of Kranjcici! It’s a small village in Central Istria which has kept its calm and quiet, and has remained largely ‘undiscovered’. The village consists of just a few houses and almost as few inhabitants. House “Una” is located at the end of the small village road. The house has been stylishly and comfortably decorated, and radiates a certain warmth. Both in front and behind the house you can find a garden which is sheltered by a stone wall, and has a covered sitting area where you can spend time with your family. Families with children are certain to feel right at home here, as the entire attic of the house has been designated a “children’s area”.
A sunbeds can be found in the garden. Outside the garden walls you can find well kempt meadows, which are ideal for sun tanning and relaxation. There is also a terrace, which is sheltered from the sun by means of sun sail.
The old stone oven is ideal for baking bread, pizza, or simply potatoes.

Rovinj is one of the most developed seaside resorts in Croatia, offering a whole range of visitor opportunities in a picturesque ambience of the ancient town, surrounded by luxuriant pine forests (the cape of Zlatni Rt is designated as a park forest, while the coast and islands of Rovinj are set aside as a protected landscape). The beginning of tourism was marked by the introduction of a steamship line between Rovinj and Trieste (1845) and the construction of the railroad to Vienna (1876). In 1896 the town had a well-maintained public beach, Val di Lone, and several boarding houses (Alla citta di Trieste, Al Miramar, Alla porta antica and Al vecchio albergo).

Istria is the biggest peninsula in the Adriatic Sea.
